This is the privacy policy for jaceslclass.com (referred to as "the site"). It explains what data the site collects, why, and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / RGPD).

What we collect

The site is a static collection of free educational games. There is no account system and no login. We collect only what is strictly necessary to operate the site and understand its usage:

• Server logs: IP address, browser, page requested, and timestamp. Held by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and traffic analysis.
• Analytics (when enabled): aggregated, anonymised page-view data to help us understand which games are most useful.
• Advertising (if/when enabled): third-party advertising partners (e.g. Google AdSense) may set cookies to serve and measure ads. You will be asked for consent before any advertising cookies are set.

What we do not collect

• We do not require accounts, names, or email addresses to use the games.
• We do not sell or share data with anyone outside the providers listed above.
• We do not knowingly collect data from children. The site is intended for use by teachers.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies (e.g. for cookie-consent state) may be set without consent under the GDPR. Any non-essential cookies — including advertising and analytics cookies — will only be set after you give consent via the cookie banner.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access any personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of that data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority)
